TechServiceGuru is run by me, Robert. I’m in my thirties and I’ve always been fond of computers and what they’re capable of doing. It’s amazing to see what their true potential is and how much they can assist us in saving time if they’re used properly. The fascination began when I was just a little kid and it has kept growing ever since. The only natural route for me to go career-wise was computers, I just couldn’t suppress my interest – so I started working with computers.
I’ve done a bunch of different things and changed jobs over the years but it’s always been within the same industry. Because I’ve been fortunate enough to do move through so many areas of the same industry, I’ve also gathered a bunch of knowledge. This has turned out to be useful information, which I had no idea of when I was younger. Today, my day-time job is educating people on how to use the systems we provide to automate their chores or find more efficient ways to do them.
Shouldn’t I be bored of computers? Why would I want to write even more about them when I’m at home? Well, I’ve always liked the feeling of accomplishment that I get when I’ve been able to help someone – especially during my time at the service desk. This blog is a way for me to continue doing that.
